How it Works:
What we don't do:

Take in/house any kittens/cats

Fix any cat younger than 8 weeks

Transport cats to the vet (unless agreed upon in advance)

Make the vet appointment

Pay for services not agreed upon in advance

1. Contact us and tell us:

Your first and last name
-
Address (Delphi mailing address only)
-
Name of Cat (if named)
-
Description of Cat (sex, age, color)
-
Cat assistance needed (spay, neuter, vaccine)

2. If we can assist, we will provide you with a unique, numbered certificate that outlines the services DCWP will pay.
3. YOU make the appointment for the agreed upon services at Horizon Veterinary Services: (765) 564-3400 and tell them Delphi Cat Wellness Project (DCWP) will be assisting with the bill. YOU pay the deposit for the appointment.

4. YOU tell DCWP the date of your appointment.

5. YOU take the cat to the vet - don't forget your certificate!

6. YOU pay any fees not covered by the certificate.

7. DCWP pays for the agreed upon services.

8. A cat is healthier!
